[ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 7, April 23, 1936 ]

CONSTITUTING A COMMITTEE TO REAPPRAISE THE GOVERNMENT PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION, CITY OF BAGUIO, LEASED TO THE MANILA RAILROAD COMPANY, AND APPOINTING THE MEMBERS THEREOF



Whereas, six years have already elapsed since the Government properties located in the Government Center Reservation, City of Baguio, were leased to the Manila Railroad Company beginning March sixteenth, nineteen hundred and thirty; and

Whereas, it is deemed necessary that reappraisal be made to ascertain the present actual value of said properties to serve as basis in computing the annual rental in accordance with the terms of the contract of sale and lease entered into by the Government of the Philippine Islands and the Manila Railroad Company on April second, nineteen hundred and thirty;

Now, therefore, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers in me vested by law, resolve to constitute, as it is hereby constituted, a committee of three to be composed of the following:

Mr. Numeriano Rojas, chairman; Mr. E. J. Halsema and Mr. Jose Luna, members; to make a reappraisal of the Government properties located in the Government Center Reservation, City of Baguio, more particularly described as follows with the corresponding appraised value set opposite each property on March sixteenth, nineteen hundred and thirty, and to submit its report and recommendation as soon as practicable:
