AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 94, DATED JUNE 23, 1949, CREATING A COMMITTEE TO COORDINATE THE FUNCTIONS OF THE CAPITAL CITY PLANNING COMMISSION, THE NATIONAL URBAN PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE PEOPLE’S HOMESITE AND HOUSING CORPORATION
Administrative Order No. 94, dated June 23, 1949 entitled “Creating a committee to coordinate the functions of the Capital City Planning Commission, the National Urban Planning Commission and the People’s Homesite and Housing Corporation,” is hereby amended by desig-nating the Honorable Prospero Sanidad, Secretary of Public Works and Communications, as Chairman of the Committee, in place of the Honorable Ricardo Nepomuceno.
Done in the City of Manila, this 30th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-nine, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the fourth.
