REVOKING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 175, DATED 02 APRIL 2007, ENTITLED "STRENGTHENING THE POWERS OF THE SECRETARY OF JUSTICE OVER THE BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION"
I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, and the Constitution, do hereby order the revocation and repeal of Administrative Order NO. 175, dated 02 April 2007, entitled "STRENGTHENING THE POWERS OF THE SECRETARY OF JUSTICE OVER THE BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION".
The Administrative Order shall take effect immediately following its publication in a national publication in a national newspaper of general circulation.
