CREATING AND DESIGNATING TWO PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN LOCATED AT BARANGAYS PRINZA AND BARANDAL, CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA TO FORM PART OF THE EXISTING CALAMBA PREMIERE INTERNATIONAL PARK SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 07-190 dated 30 April 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, two parcels of land located at Barangays Prinza and Barandal, Calamba City, Laguna to form part of the existing Calamba Premiere International Park Special Economic Zone, consisting of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY TWO (179,692) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 1541

A parcel of Land (Lot 1541, Cad. 154, Calamba Cadastre, LRC Record No. ), situated in the Bario of Prinza & Barandal, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 1542, Calamba Cadastre; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Road; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 1539, Calamba Cadastre; on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 1560-X, Calamba Cadastre.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 48 deg. 16′ E., 1010.44 m. from BBM No. 29, Calamba Cadastre.

A parcel of Land (Lot 1539-A, of the subdivision plan Psd-04-189001, being a portion of Lot 1539, Calamba Estate), situated in Barangay of Barandal, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SE., & SW., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Road; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot 1539-B of the subdivision plan; on the NW., along line 5-6 by Lot 1560-X; and on the NE., along line 6-1 by Lot 1541, both of Calamba Estate.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 86 deg. 49′ E., 890.80 m. from BBM No. 29, Calamba Cadastre.
