Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 07-467 dated 10 October 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Robinland Business Center as an Information Technology Center which shall stand on two parcels of land of the private domain located at Zuellig Avenue, Mandaue City Province of Cebu, containing an aggregate area of Two Thousand Five Hundred (2,500) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1-K-6-D-2-F-2 of the subdivision plan (LRA) Psd-393556, approved as non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 1-K-6-D-2-F (LRA) Psd- 382508 LRA Rec. No. 61524), situated in the Barrio of Poblacion & Subangdaku, City of Mandaue, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the NE., points 1 to 2 by Lot 1-K-6-D-2-F-3 of the subdivision plan; on the SE., points 2 to 3 by Road Lot 1-K-6-F (LRA) Psd-354318 (30.00 meters wide) (Zuellig Avenue); on the SW., points 3 to 4 by Lot 1-K-6-D-2-E (LRA) Psd-382508; and on the NW., points 4 to 1 by Lot 1-K-6-D-2-F-1 of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 55 deg. 58′ W., 973.72 m. from BLLM No. 1, Mandaue City

beginning; containing an area of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty (1,250) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground point 3 by Old PS points 1, 2 & 4 by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15x40 cm., bearings true; date of the original survey, January 2-11, 1989 and that of the subdivision survey, executed by Cynthia A. Cruz, Geodetic Engineer on December 8, 2006.

Bounded on the NW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 1-K-6-D-2-F-1; on the NE.,. points 2 to 3 by Lot 1-K-6-D-2-F-4, both of the subdivision plan; on the SE., points 3 to 4 by Road Lot 1-K-6-F (LRA) Psd-354318 (30.00 meters wide) (Zuellig Avenue); and on the SW., points 4 to 1 by Lot 1-K-6-D-2-F-2 of the subdivision plan.
