CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT TATLONG KAWAYAN, BARANGAY DELA PAZ, PASIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Board Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 08-181 dated 31 March 2008 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, a building known as Q Plaza Annex as Information Technology Center located at Tatlong Kawayan, Barangay Dela Paz, Pasig City, which stands on a parcel of land of the private domain with an area of SIXTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE (16,765) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Bounded on the SE., and SW., along line 1-2-3 by existing road; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 2, along line 4-5 by Lot 1, both of plan, Pcs-13-000015; on the NE., and SE., along lines 5 to 7-1 by Lot 3-B (Road) of the subdivision plan.
