Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 06-435 dated 26 September 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the 6780 Ayala which stands on two parcels of land located at 6780 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, as an Information Technology Center, containing an area of TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED (2,400) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:


A parcel of land (Lot 1, blk 1 of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-5810, being a portion of the remaining portion described on plan (LRC) Psd-4820, LRC (GLRO) Rec. No. 2029), situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., points 3 to 4 by Street Lot 1; on the SE., points 4 to 1 by Lot 2, Block 1; on the SW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 14, Block 1, all of the subdivision plan and on the NW., points 2 to 3 by Lot 2 (LRC) Pcs-536.  Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 52 deg. 09’W., 1858.45 m. from BLLM 1, Municipality of Makati Rizal;

thence	N.	56	deg.	20’	W.,	24.00 m.	to point 2;
thence	N.	33	deg.	40’	E.,	50.00 m.	to point 3;
thence	S.	56	deg.	20’	E.,	24.00 m.	to point 4;
thence	S.	33	deg.	40’	W.,	50.00 m.	to point of

beginning; containing an area of One Thousand Two Hundred (1,200) Square Meters, more or less.  All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms., bearings true; dec. 0 deg. 37’W., date of original survey, Dec. 10, 1923 – Jan. 9, 1924, and that of subdivision survey, July 1-15, 1958.

No. 2029), situated un the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon.  Bounded on the NE., points 2 to 3 by Street Lot 1; on the SE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 3, Block 1; on the SW., points 4 to 1 by Lot 14, Block 1 and on the NW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 1, Block 1; all of the subdivision plan; Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 52 deg. 09’W., 1858.45 m. from BLLM 1, Municipality of Makati, Rizal;
