[ PROCLAMATION NO. 40, September 30, 2010 ]
DECLARING FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. TERESITA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, Friday, October 1, 2010 marks the feast day of the patron saint of the Municipality of Sta. Teresita, Batangas, St. Therese of the Child Jesus and of the Holy Face.
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Teresita Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, October 1, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Teresita, Province of Batangas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
