[ PROCLAMATION NO. 291, November 18, 2011 ]
DECLARING FRIDAY, 25 NOVEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI
WHEREAS, the Province of Sarangani marks its 19th Foundation Day anniversary and the 9 th Munah’to Festival on November 24-26, 2011;
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Sarangani the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Office of the Governor has requested that 25 November 2011 be declared as a special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 25 November 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
