CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT ARCHBISHOP REYES AVENUE CORNER APITONG STREET, BARANGAY CAMPUTHAW, CEBU CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000) and Resolution No. 10-477 (s. 2010) of the PEZA Board of Directors, the Grand Cenia Hotel and Residences as an Information Technology Center which stands on a parcel of land of the private domain located at Archbishop Reyes Avenue corner Apitong Street, Barangay Camputhaw, Cebu City, with an area of Four Thousand Two Hundred Eleven (4,211) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (describe on plan [LRA] Pcn-2148, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 1, 2. 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7, Block 18, Pcs-389 L.R.C. [CLR] Record No. 5988) situated in Camputhaw, Cebu City, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the NE., points 2 to 5 by Road Lot 18, Pcs-389; on the SE., points 5 to 7 by Lot 1532, Swo-10194; on the SW., points 7 to 12 by Road Lot 17; on the NW., points 12 to 1 by Lot 9; and points 1 to 2 by Lot 8, both Block 18, all of Pcs-389.

Beginning at a point marked “1″ on plan, being S. 77 deg. 42′E., 416.69 m. from Mon. No. 5, Banilad Estate;

Oblefias, Geodetic Engineer, on October 25, 2010.
