RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE KASILAK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY KASILAK, MUNICIPALITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE (NOW PANABO CITY), ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby set aside and reserve for school site purposes of Kasilak Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Brgy. Kasilak, Municipality of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte (now Panabo City), Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights, if any there may be, which parcel of the land is more particularly described as follows:
LOT 2, CSD-5171
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2, Csd-5171), situated in Barangay Kasilak, City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 5-6, by Lot 31; along line 6-7, on the SE., along line 7-1 both by Lot No. 1, (H-20-10264); along line 1-2, on the SW., along line 2-3 both by Lot No. 3, (H-20-10261); along line 3-4 and on the NW., along line 4-5 both by Lot No. 32, all of Csd-5171, Panabo Public Land Subdivision. Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan being N. 79° 30’ E., 1,005.7 m. from BLLM No. 218, Cad-276. Thence
S. 41° 46’ W., 49.99 m. to point 2;
N. 44° 14’ W., 133.87 m. to point 3;
N. 44° 21’ W., 65.85 m. to point 4;
N. 41° 42’ W., 100.02 m. to point 5;
S. 44° 20’ W., 65.97 m. to point 6;
S. 44° 24’ E., 133.86 m. to point 7;
S. 41° 31’ E., 49.99 m. to point of
N. 44° 14’ W., 133.87 m. to point 3;
N. 44° 21’ W., 65.85 m. to point 4;
N. 41° 42’ W., 100.02 m. to point 5;
S. 44° 20’ W., 65.97 m. to point 6;
S. 44° 24’ E., 133.86 m. to point 7;
S. 41° 31’ E., 49.99 m. to point of
beginning, containing an area of Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Four (19,924) square meters. All corners are referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearing true. Date of original survey on April 1935 to May 1938; Date of Subdivision Survey, September 10 to November 26, 1958 executed by Geodetic Engineer Vicente F. Montana and approved on March 12, 1974.
The parcel of land reserved herein for school site purposes shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale or lease and other mode of disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
