DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN LAOAG CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Laoag celebrate its city fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. William the Hermit on Tuesday, February 10, 2004;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 10, 2004, as special (non-working) day in Laoag City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE, in the City of Manila, this 9th day of February, in the year of Our Lord Two Thousand and Four.
