CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT SALINAS DRIVE, LAHUG, CEBU CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 12-397 (s. 2012) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the Filinvest Cebu Cyberzone, which stands on two parcels of land, located along Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City, with a total area of Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Ninety (12,290) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

Lot 1

A parcel of land (Lot 1, of the subdivision plan, Psd-07-021172, being a portion of Pcn-07-000118), situated in the Barangay of Lahug, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 929-B, Psd-07-01-000843, incl., by Block 16-B; on the NW., along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 931, Banilad Estate; on the NE., and SE., along lines 4-5-1 by Lot 2, of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being S. 57 deg. 40’W 905.56 m. from Mon. No. 4, Banilad Estate, thence:

All corners referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons., 15×60 cms, bearings true; date of original survey, August 1906-July 1907, and this survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Jose A. Rebaño on 30 January – 02 February 1990 and was approved on 06 June 1990.

A parcel of land (being a portion of Lot 929-B, Psd-07-000543, L.R.C. Record No. 5988), situated in the City of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 929-B-2 (portion of Lot 929-B, Psd-07-000543); on the SW., along line 2-3 by Road; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 931, Banilad Estate; and on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 1, Psd-07-021172.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being S. 57 deg. 40’W., 906.56 m. from Mon. No. 4, Banilad Estate, thence:
