EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 99 DATED NOVEMBER 11, 1914, WHICH RESERVED LAND TO THE THEN BUREAU OF AGRICULTURE, NOW BENGUET STATE UNIVERSITY, AS EXPERIMENTAL STATION AND STOCKFARM SITUATED IN WANGAL, LA TRINIDAD, BENGUET, AN AREA OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINE (132,509) SQUARE METERS FOR BENGUET STATE UNIVERSITY FACULTY AND STAFF HOUSING SITE
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Executive Order No. 99, date November 11, State University as Experimental Station and Stockfarm, situated in Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet, Island of Luzon, certain parcel of land embraced therein and reserving the same for housing site purposes of the Benguet State University Faculty and Staff, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to final survey, which portion of land is more particularly described as follows:
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1-A-1-B being a portion of Lot 1-A-!, SWO-1-000792 Amd., being a portion of Lot 1-A-!, SWO-1-000792), situated at Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW and S along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 by Lot 1-A-1-A (Lot 1-A-A-!, SWO-1-000792 Amd.); on the NW and N along lines 15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30-31-32-33-34-45-36-37-38-39-40-41-42-43-44-45-46 by Lot 1-A-1-A (Lot 1-A-1, SWO-1-000792 Amd.); on the NE along lines 47-48-49-50-51-52-53-54-55-56-57-58-59-60-61-62-63-64-65-66-67-68-69-70, Lot 1-A-1-A, SWI-1-00792 Am.; on the the NW along lines 70-71-72-73-74-75-76-77-78- by Lot 1-A-1-C, Lot 1-A-A, SWO-1-00792 Amd.; on the NE ALONG LINE 78-79 BY Lot 1-B, SWO-1-000288 (Executive Order No. 99-N-66); on the SE along lines 79-80-81 by Spanish Road; on the NW and ASW along line 82-83-84-85 by Lot 1-A01-D (Lot 1-A-1, SWO-1-000792 Amd.); on the S and NE along lines 85-86-86-87-88-89-90-91-92 by Lot 1-A-1-D (Lot 1-A-1. SWO-1-000792 Amd.); and on the SE along line 93-1 by Spanish Road.
Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan being S. 21 deg. 25’ W., 1447.48 m. from triangulation station "CLINTON’, Baguio Townsite, thence;
Containing an area of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINE (132,509) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows; corners 79, 80 and 93 by old BL MSAC mons. 15x15x90 cms., all other corners by P.S. cyl. Conc. Mon. 15x40 cms. Bearing true.
This Proclamation is subject to the minimum road right of way requirements of the Department of Public Works and Highways pursuant to Executive Order No. 621.
