CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT 7th AVENUE CORNER 25th ST., BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, FORT BONIFACIO, TAGUIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolutions Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 15-163 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the Twenty-five Seven McKinley, with a gross floor area of Thirty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Two square meters and Forty-Four square decimeters (34,382.44), which stands on a parcel of land, located at 7th Avenue cor. 25th St., Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, with a land area of One Thousand Six Hundred (1,600) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 4, Block 7 of the consolidation subdivision plan Pcs-00-007928, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 4-7, Block 1, Lots 1-8, Block 2, Lots 1-3, Block 3, Lot 1, Block 4, Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Lot 1, Block 6, Lots 1-4, Block 7, Lots 1-4, Block 8, Lots 1-5, Block 9, Lots 1-4, Block 10, Lots 1-7, Block 11, Lots 1 and 2, Block 12, Lots 1-2, Block 14, Lots 1 and 2, Block 15, Lots 1-3, Block 16, Lots 1 and 2, Block 17, Lots 1-4, Block 18, Lots 1-4, Block 19, Lots 1-5, Block 20, Block 21 to 27, Open Spaces 1-4, Road Lots 1-22, Reserved Access Lots 1-6, Reserved Lots 1-15, Pcs-00-007463, LRC Record No.,), situated in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 3, Block 7; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Reserved Access Lot 1; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Road Lot 9; and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 1, Block 7, all of the consolidated subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, N. 51 deg. 57' W., 3629.10 m. from BLLM No. 1, MCadm 590-D, Taguig Cadastral Mapping; thence:
N. 18 deg. 12’ E.., 40.00 m. to point 2;
S. 71 deg. 48’ E.., 40.00 m. to point 3;
S. 18 deg. 12’ W., 40.00 m. to point 4;
N. 71 deg. 48’ W., 40.00 m. to the point of
beginning, containing an area of One Thousand Six Hundred (1,600) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15×60 cm.; Bearings: Grid; Date of original survey, during 1907 (Psu-2031); and that of the consolidation subdivision survey, on 10-15 April 1997, as surveyed by Engr. A.J. L.L. Botor and was approved on 21 May 1997.
