RESERVING FOR HOSPITAL SITE PURPOSES OF THE DAVAO DEL SUR NATIONAL HOSPITAL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED AT LAPU-LAPU STREET, DIGOS CITY, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for hospital site purposes of the Davao del Sur National Hospital, under the administration of the Department of Health a certain parcel of land containing an area of Twenty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-one (23,871) square meters, situated at Lapu-Lapu Street, Digos City, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Block 39-A, Csd-11-000145), situated in the Municipality of Poblacion, Digos, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North, along line 1-2 by Lapu-Lapu Street, on the East, along lines 2-3 by Block 39-B, Csd-11-000145, (Bureau of Public Works); on the South, along lines 3-4-5 by Gen. V. Lim Street; and on the West, along lines 5-6-7-8-1 by Gen. Malvar Street, (Both Road). Beginning at a point marked "1" on Plan, being S. 65 deg. 54’ W., 1911.04 m. from BLLM No. 7, Cad-275, thence:

S. 03 deg. 07’ W., 198.95 m. to point 1;

Beginning, containing an area of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE (23,871) SQUARE METERS more or less.
Corners 2-3 are marked on the ground by "BL" Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. and the rest are "Old PS" Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearing True: Date of Original Survey: September 12-November 30, 1952; Date of Subdivision Survey: January 20 – 21, 1972, by Geodetic Engineer Loreto R. Eugenio and was approved on October 26, 1973.
The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
