DECLARING SATURDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA
WHEREAS, on Saturday, 12 November 2016, the City of Valenzuela marks its 393rd Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 12 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 7th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Sixteen.
