[ PROCLAMATION NO. 119, December 14, 2016 ]
DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, the City of Batangas will hold a Tourism and Cultural Day together with the celebration of its city fiesta on Monday, 16 January 2017;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 14th day of December , in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Sixteen
