DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC
WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac marks the celebration of the 1st Kaisa Festival on Friday, 20 January 2017, with the theme "Pagdiriwang ng Diwa ng Pagkakaisa ng mga Tarlaqueño;"
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 20 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 14th day of December in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Sixteen.
