DECLARING SATURDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, CAMARINES SUR
WHEREAS, on Saturday, 11 February 2017, the City of Iriga, Camarines Sur, marks the celebration of the Tinagba Festival, an ancient Bicolano First Harvest Offering;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 11 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga, Camarines Sur.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 3rd day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Seventeen.
