DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 8 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY
WHEREAS, Wednesday, 8 March 2017, marks the 19th Foundation Anniversary and the 10th Bulawan Festival of the Province of Compostela Valley;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 8 March 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Seventeen.
