[ PROCLAMATION NO. 538, October 07, 1958 ]
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 35, SERIES OF 1921, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE UBAY STOCKFARM RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF UBAY, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, ISLAND OF BOHOL, A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF EXISTING LAWS ON THE MATTER
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 35, series of 1921, which established the Ubay Stock Farm Reservation situated in the municipality of Ubay, province of Bohol, Island of Bohol, a portion of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of existing-laws on the matter, which portion is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
A parcel of land (Lot “B”, being a portion of land described on plan IN-163), situated in the barrio of Tipolo, municipality of Ubay, province of Bohol. Bounded on the NE., by Lot A portion of the IN-163; on the SE., by Public Land; on the SW., by Lot C portion of IN-163; and on the NW., by Public Land. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 22° 22′ E., 5,050.00 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, municipality of Ubay, Bohol, thence N. 54° 45′ E., 1,000.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 54° 45′ E., 1,100.00 meters to point 3; thence N. 54° 45′ E., 257.04 meters to point 4; thence N. 54° 45′ E., 1,142.96 meters to point 5; thence N. 54° 45′ E., 900.00 meters to point 6; thence N. 54° 45′ E., 784.88 meters to point 7; thence S. 72° 39′ E., 1,142.50 meters to point 8; thence S. 37° 57′ W., 1,054.83 meters to point 8; thence S. 37° 57′ W., 1,000.00 meters to point 10; thence S. 37° 57′ W., 1,000.00 meters to point 11; thence S. 37° 57′ W., 59.37 meters to point 12; then S. 37° 57′ W., 426.22 meters to point 13; thence S. 37° 57′ W., 714.41 meters to point 14; thence S. 37° 57′ W., 1,100.00 meters to point 15; thence S. 37° 57′ W., 308.80 meters to point 16; thence S. 37° 57′ W., 293.00 meters to point 17; and thence N. 39° 05′ W., 2,634.94 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 1,000 hectares, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan.
Note: All data are approximate, as this land is subject to future survey.
There is excluded a strip of land 10 meters wide running through the middle of the disposable area for road right-of-way purposes.
