DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN PASAY CITY
WHEREAS, Friday, December 2, 2005, marks the 142nd Foundation Day anniversary of Pasay City;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, December 2, 2005, as special (non-working) day in Pasay City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
