RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY CARALLANGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF ALCALA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON AS SITE OF THE CARALLANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of Carallangan Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND THERE HUNDRED TWELVE (13,312) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated at Barangay Carallangan, Municipality of Alcala, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is now particularly described as follows:



A parcel of land (Lot No. 6694, Pls-497), situated at Barrio Carallangan, Municipality of Alcala, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the E., along lines 7-1-2 bothe by Barangay Road (10.00 m. wide); on the S., along lines 2-3 by Lot 6741, Pls-497; along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 6740, Pls-497; on the W., along line 5-6 by Lot 6695, Pls-497; and on the N., along line 6-7 by Lot 6682, Pls-497.
 
Beginning from point marked "1" on plan, being N. 33 deg. 51W., 3,364.34 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-497, thence

S. 04 deg. 42’ E.,	82.52 m. to point 2;
N. 83 deg. 30’ W.,	88.05 m. to point 3;
N. 83 deg. 10’ W.,	43.96 m. to point 4;
N. 40 deg. 10’ E.,	17.61 m. to point 5;
N. 09 deg. 23’ E.,	84.79 m. to point 6;
S. 87 deg. 03’ E.,	121.31 m. to point 7;
S. 01 deg. 51’ E.,	23.78 m. to point of;

Beginning, containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWELVE (13,312) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

All corners are marked by "Old BL Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings True; Date of Original Survey, February 12, 1957; and that of the sketch plan March 23, 2003 and approved on April 3, 2003 prepared by Engineer Alvaro V. Ramos.

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable until again declared allenable through Proclamation by the President.
