You are hereby mandated to use bromate-free (as per A.O. 25 s. 1996), flour fortified with vitamin A and iron (as per R.A. 8976).

Attached is the list of flour millers who are fortifying flour with vitamin A and iron and were granted the Diamond Sangkap Pinoy Seal of acceptance by the Department of Health for your perusal.
