In order to ensure the application of an equitable cargo handling rate on domestic RORO cargoes and to avoid misunderstanding between RORO cargo owners and cargo handling contractors, the following RORO rates shall be made applicable and collected, whether at the port of origin or port of destination, in the ports of Legaspi, Virac, Catanduanes and Tabaco, all under PHO Legaspi, PDO Luzon:

The above cargo handling tariff on RORO cargoes shall take effect fifteen (15) days after completion of its publication in a newspaper of local circulation in each of the concerned ports.
