In view of the representation made by the Iligan City Municipal Operators and Drivers Association for more time within which to upgrade the quality of PU car service in Iligan City, the Board hereby amends Memorandum Circular No. 96-012 by extending its effectivity date from January 01, 1997, to March 31, 1997.

It is understood, however, that only those units that are in good condition and roadworthy shall be fielded/operated.
