effective 01 April 1994, be approved, as it is hereby approved, subject to existing rules and regulations."

"RESOLVED, FURTHER, That, Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 1993, particularly Part VII, Section 10 is hereby amended or modified accordingly"

That, the foregoing Resolution is still in full force and effect, and has not been repealed, amended, or modified as of this date.
