For the information and guidance of all holders of Certificates of Public Convenience, the Board, pursuant to its regulatory powers, shall no longer accept Petition/Motion for Change Venue of Registration.  This directive is with the end in view of effective supervision and control of the units and the records to avoid confusion pertaining to the present status of units concerned vis-à-vis its franchise records.

All other issuances or parts hereof which are inconsistent herewith, are therefore modified or superseded accordingly.

This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days following the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center, pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated 09, October 1992.
