In line with LTO's thrust to streamline its functions specifically in the issuance of driver's licenses, Office Order No. BGC-00-99071 dated 1 March 1999 shall be amended as:  LTO Don Carlos Extension Office shall be authorized to accept applications for renewal of Professional and Non-Professional driver's license only.  Said Extension Office shall use Agency Code k10 for its driver's license transaction.  Likewise, Don Carlos Extension Office shall refrain from accepting applications for Student Permit since Extension Office is not yet fully automated.

It is understood that all personnel assigned thereat are advised to strictly adhere to the contents of this Order.

Furthermore, all unused Student Permit Receipts form shall be turned over to the Regional Office No. X, Cagayan de Oro City for proper accounting and auditing.

This Order shall take effect 15 September 2004.
