In order to cover the remaining unregistered motorboat/banca operators and boatbuilders, the effectivity of Memorandum Circular No. 157, series of 2000 on Pro-Poor Reduced Vessel Fees is hereby extended effective 01 July 2001 to 30 June 2002.

This Circular shall take effect immediately upon publication thereof in a newspaper of general circulation.
