The Importer Noah’s Ark Sugar Refinery is now under investigation for failure to settle its outstanding accountabilities with the Bureau of Customs despite repeated demands and for violation of the tariff laws and regulations.

In order to protect the interest of the government and in accordance with Section 1508 of the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines, you are hereby directed to hold the release of the current importations of Noah’s Ark Sugar Refinery until cleared by this office.
