The following are US visa regulations received by the Philippine Embassy in Havana:
- Applications for US visas submitted by members of Philippine delegations, who are regular passport holders, at the US Interests Section in Havana, Cuba need the approval by the US Embassy Consular section in Manila. The same requirement applies to those who will only transit through the US.
- The Mexican Embassy requires US transit visas for Filipinos who want to travel to the US through Mexico.
It is suggested that Filipinos who are regular passport holders apply for their US visas at the US Embassy consular section in Manila and not at US consular sections abroad.
