WITHDRAWAL OF 'B-1' SUGAR

Pursuant to Sugar Order No. 1-A, Series of 1996-1997, dated 15 November 1996, allocating one percent (1%) of the current crop year raw sugar production to "B-1" or Food Processors'/Exporters' sugar to PHILFOODEX, all operating sugar mills are hereby ordered to allow the withdrawal of said 'B-1" sugar only to PHILFOODEX or to its authorized representatives upon surrendering to all mills concerned the corresponding "B-1" quedan-permits, attached thereto, the Letter Authority issued by PHILFOODEX authorizing the withdrawal of the "B-1" sugar.

Likewise, all operating sugar mills are hereby directed to submit every week the permit portions of the "B-1" quedans, together with the Letter Authority issued by PHILFOODEX, covering the withdrawal therefrom of the "B-1" sugar, to the SRA.

The PHILFOODEX is also, hereby directed to provide the sugar mills and the SRA with the name/s and corresponding signature/s of personnel authorized to issue said Letter Authority for withdrawal of the "B-1" sugar.
