The application for registration of the subject product manufactured by Phil-Genetics Laboratories has been denied by this Office for failure of the said product to conform with its technical specifications.

In view thereof, all Food and Drug Regulation Officers are directed to monitor and confiscate in the market the subject product and to submit report of inventory to the Legal, Information and Compliance Division within sixty (60) days from this date.

Compliance with this directive is enjoined.
