INCENTIVE PACKAGE FOR RECIPIENTS OF THE POEA 1994 TOP PERFORMERS AND 1995 AWARD OF EXCELLENCE



Please be informed that the incentive package consisting of the following shall be made available to the recipients of the POEA 1994 Top Performer and 1995 Award of Excellence.

A. FOR TOP PERFORMER AWARDEES
a. one day accreditation/approval of job order

b. one day processing of contracts

c. inclusion in the client referral service of the Marketing Branch

d. deferred submission of requirements for authority to conduct provincial recruitment

e. priority of PDOS scheduling

f. waiving of authentication of manning/recruitment agreement of SPA

g. inclusion in mailing list for Marketing Branch publications and other POEA publications.
B. FOR RECIPIENTS OF THE AWARD OF EXCELLENCE

In addition to the above incentives the following shall be made available to the Recipients of the Award of Excellence.
a. open job order

b. in-house OEC processing (MC 61 s. 1992) except entertainers

c. indefinite validity of LO gold ID

d. upon request, the agency may be allowed an additional liaison officer to the allowable 2 per agency

e. upon request, the agency may be allowed two alternate signatories in addition to the allowable 5

f. one day processing of artist record book

g. availment of all POEA publications

h. invitation to POEA marketing missions

i. issuance of car pass

j. pre-watchlist check of their seafarers before processing

k. favorable endorsement by the Administrator to the concerned embassies to facilitate issuance of visas/passport

l. inclusion in the various POEA Technical Committee for consultation on relevant policy and program review/formulation
To identify the awardees and ensure that the above benefits are duly accorded, special "GOLD ID CARDS" for the liaison officers of the Awardees shall be issued to replace the regular ones. These will identify transactions of the awardees.

Only the awardees listed in the attached current list shall be entitled to the above incentive package. Gold IDs of liaison officers of previous top performers and awardees not included in the list must be immediately surrendered to the Licensing and Regulation Office.

Hall of Fame Awardees who are no longer included in the list of the recipients of the Award of Excellence are given until 30 April 1996 to account for the overseas employment certificates issued to their company relative to the incentive of in-house OEC processing under Memorandum Circular No. 61, s. 1992. Likewise, all the privileges enjoyed by these Hall of Fame Awardees are hereby suspended.

This Circular supersedes Memorandum Circular No. 14, s. 1995.
