After consultation with school transport scheme service operators, the Board hereby resolved to further modify the schedule of inspection of units and the penalty for non-compliance within the prescribed period on the Board’s directive to all school transport service providers to adopt a uniform “yellow” color scheme. Thus, all school transport service units shall now be subject to inspection by the Board on the following schedules:

Plate Nos. Ending	1 and 7	-	March 15-31, 2009
	2 and 8	-	April 1-15, 2009
	3 and 9	-	April 16-30, 2009
	4 and 0	-	May 1-15, 2009
	5 and 6	-	May 16-31, 2009.

Failure to comply within the period prescribed by this Memorandum Circular shall be subject to the one-time penalty amounting to Php2,500.00.

This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith and shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation or in the Official Gazette.
