In the interest of the service and due to the clamor to further extend the effectivity of Memorandum Circulars 07-08-2004A and 08-08-2004A to enable Mobile Phone Dealers, Retailers, Repair and Service Centers to apply for permits and comply with the requirements, the Commission hereby extends the effectivity period which expires on 25 October 2004 for another thirty (30) days or up to 25 November 2004.
