Further to Memorandum Circular No. 8, Series of 2004 on the Re-payment of Lost Official Receipts, the concerned POEA processing unit shall issue a certification that the OFW has been processed and issued an e-Receipt/Overseas Employment Certification in lieu of the lost travel exit clearance.

The Certification shall be presented to the Labor Assistance Center (LAC) and the Bureau of Immigration for travel exit purpose only.
