Pursuant to Act No. 3846, as amended and other applicable laws, Section E No. 1 of Memorandum Circular No. 7-6-98 is hereby amended as follows:

A one time special permit fee of Three Hundred pesos (PHP 300.00) per SRRS unit shall be collected from NTC authorized dealers upon application in accordance with Section D-1.

All other provisions shall remain in force.

This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication and may be revised, revoked or amended, in the interest of public service and as determined by the Commission.

Any circular, order or memorandum, which is inconsistent herewith, is deemed superseded.
