CREATION OF AN AD-HOC PROVINCIAL EXTENSION OFFICE IN THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL



In the interest of the service and to improve further program delivery of the Regional Office No. 10, an ad-hoc provincial extension office in the province of Misamis Oriental with jurisdiction over the eastern towns of Misamis Oriental and Camiguin Province with headquarters at Gingoog City shall be created in accordance with Sec. 5 of E.O. 251, s. of 1987.

The Provincial Extension Office shall implement the Department’s programs and projects within its territorial jurisdiction in accordance with duly adopted policies, standards and guidelines.

Said Provincial Extension Office shall be manned by personnel drawn from the Regional Office and shall be headed by at least a Senior Labor and Employment Officer. The designated provincial head shall be subject to the immediate supervision and control of the Regional Director/Assistant Regional Director. The provincial head, within the limit of his/her authority, shall have immediate administrative and technical supervision over the personnel of the provincial office.

A report on the status of the implementation of this Order shall be submitted to the Office of the Secretary within sixty (60) days from the effectivity of this Order.
