I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order the amendment of the last portion of paragraph #02 of the Memorandum Order No. 468, to read as follows:

"A Committee to be created by the NFA Council shall recommend the use of such funds subject to approval by the President. The Committee shall be composed of two (2) representatives from the corn producers, two (2) from the corn users sector and three (3) from the government".

This memorandum order shall take effect immediately.
