Further to Memorandum Circular No. 14, Series of 2006 on the requirements for Verification, Registration and Documentation of Overseas Household Service Workers and Selected Skills, all household service workers and low/semi-skilled female workers shall present their appropriate visa/work permit or equivalent document as requirement for processing and issuance of the POEA exit clearance. This is in addition to the requirement for submission of an individual employment contract duly verified by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO). All other existing requirements for their documentation and processing shall apply.

This Circular shall take effect on 15 December 2008.
