In relation to PPA Memorandum Circular No. 58-98 dated November 9, 1998 directing all PDOs/PMOs to disseminate SRA Sugar Order No. 12 entitled, "To Monitor Coastwise Movement of Sugar", attached is the new Shipping Permit Form being used by the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) to authorize the coastwise movement of sugar within Philippine territory. Any batch of sugar exceeding 50 LKG. or 2,500 kilos per shipper shall be backed up by this new shipping document before it is given clearance for loading/shipment.
