SUSPENSION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ALL MEMORANDUM CIRCULARS RE: THE POSSESSION OF AN EARLY WARNING DEVICE BY ALL MOTOR VEHICLE OWNERS AS A CONDITION FOR RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION



All Memorandum Circulars issued by the undersigned implementing the pertinent provisions of LOI Nos. 229 and 479 in connection with the requirement imposed on all Motor Vehicle owners to have an Early Warning Device (EWD) as a condition for the renewal of registration of motor vehicles are hereby suspended indefinitely. This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
