[ NTC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 20-11-98, November 11, 1998 ]

EXTENSION/MODIFICATION OF PREVIOUSLY APPROVED WLL FREQUENCY IN THE 3.5 GHZ BAND



Pursuant to RA 7925 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, the National Telecommunications Commission hereby extends/modifies the previously allocated 3.5 Ghz band for WLL as follows:

3425 — 3442 Mhz/3475 — 3492 Mhz
(Per M.C. No. 1-1-97)

to

3410 — 3580 Mhz

The above frequency band by WLL is subject to existing international and national radio regulations and shall form part of the National Radio Frequency Allocation Table (NRFAT).

This circular supersedes existing memoranda which are inconsistent herewith.

This circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation and three (3) certified true copies furnished the UP Law Center.
