Please be informed that the Commission, in its meeting held on June 16, 2003, after due deliberation, resolved to amend Chapter VI of the Horseracing Rules and Regulations, by adding SECTION 50 - PROHIBITION ON THE USE OF CELLULAR PHONE AT THE CLUBS’ RESTRICTED AREA, to wit: 

Section 50 - PROHIBITION ON THE USE OF CELLULAR PHONE AT THE CLUBS’ RESTRICTED AREA - During racing days, the use of cellular phones shall not be allowed at the following restricted areas: Stewards’ Stand; Jockeys’ Quarter; Paddock; and Computer Room. In case of violation, corresponding penalties shall be imposed at the discretion of the Commission. 

This rule shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication.
