REQUIRING APPLICANTS FOR LICENSURE EXAMINATION OR FOR REGISTRATION WITHOUT EXAMINATION WHERE THE LAWS REQUIRE EXPERIENCE BEFORE EXAMINATION OR PRACTICE OF THE PROFESSION BEFORE REGISTRATION TO SUBMIT SERVICE RECORD SIGNED AND SUBSCRIBED UNDER OATH BY OWNER OR MANAGER OF FIRM, COMPANY, CORPORATION OR EMPLOYER



It has been found that there are examinees or applicants for registration without an examination who submit record or experience which do not reflect the true and correct dates of employment including their positions or functions which were obviously done to help applicants to qualify for examination and/or to be registered without examination.

To prevent, the submission of document/s whose contents are false or untrue, it is necessary that said document/s be signed and subscribed under oath by the person/s authorized to issue said document/s.

WHEREFORE, the Commission resolved as it hereby resolves to require applicants for licensure examination or for registration without examination in professions where the laws governing said professions require proof of experience, service or practice before examination or registration without examination.

In case applicant is an employee of the government, service record issued by the authorized officer to issue such record/document shall be sufficient.

Any applicant for examination or registration without examination who submits service records, certificates of experience, service, practice or similar documents whose contents are verified to be false or untruthful shall be proceeded against administratively without prejudice to their criminal prosecution if the evidence so warrant.

The issuer of such document shall likewise be proceeded against criminally if the evidence so warrant.

The Legal and Investigation Division shall formulate the form of such documents.

This Resolution shall take effect after fifteen (15) days from its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation, whichever is earlier.

Let copies of this Resolution be furnished to all schools, colleges and universities, public and private offering courses for licensure examination for dissemination to their students taking courses for licensure examination and their graduates who took courses for licensure examination.
