NON-RECOGNITION OF DEGREES AND NON ACCREDITATION OF UNITS EARNED AT THE INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION



Pursuant to the provisions of the private school law reiterated in the Education Act of 1982, the operation of unauthorized schools or courses is prohibited.

For the information and guidance of all concerned, the International University Foundation at 2510 Taft Avenue, Manila is operating without permit from the DECS.

To avoid the admission of unqualified students/transferees, the following guideline/regulation is hereby promulgated:

All degrees conferred or units earned by students/transferees from the International University Foundation will not be honored or given credits by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Immediate and wide dissemination of this Order is requested.
