Charges on Vessels:
Domestic Port Charge Rates A. Usage at a Government Port 6 to 100 GRT per calendar day or fraction thereof
P51.00 - Over 100 GRT per GRT per calendar day or fraction thereof P0.50 A1. Domestic vessels calling at officially registered private ports shall be charged at one-half (1/2) of the Usage rate at a government port.
A2. Registered bay and river trade vessels shall also be charged one-half (1/2) of the Usage rate but in no case less than or more than the following charges for a calendar day or fraction thereof.
Rates Not less than P 51.00 Not more than P255.00 A3. Lay Up Fee for domestic vessels shall be one-half (1/2) of the applicable Usage rate.

Domestic cargoes, whether containerized or not, that are loaded or discharged at anchorage without using any government wharf or at officially registered private ports shall be charged one-half (1/2) of the usual domestic Wharfage rate.
